ーコペンハーゲンリブについてー
「コペンハーゲンリブ」の壁材は、デンマークの首都、コペンハーゲンにある放送局の壁面に、音響効果向上を目的として使われていたリブ（凹凸）付きの木材壁面材に由来すると言われており、音響効果や装飾性を兼ね備えた建材として人気です。
＜リブ材とは＞
「リブ材」は、木材の表面に規則的な「溝（リブ）」や「凹凸」を施した建材です。この、特徴的な凹凸のあるデザインの魅力に加え、太陽やライトによって生み出される光と影が、壁面に陰影となって映える演出効果も魅力です。
＜国産ひのき（檜・桧）とは＞
当社が使用する地元の紀州ひのき（檜・桧）は、1000年以上前から建築材に使われてきた歴史があります。木目や色合いが良いだけでなく、曲げや伸び、圧縮などに非常に強いことが和歌山県の実験により証明されいる、質の高いひのきです。

◎国産ひのき（檜・桧）から作られる木材
国産杉と比べて国産のひのき（檜・桧）は成長が遅いため年輪が多いことから、緻密で香りが良く、防虫効果が高い特徴があります。またしっかりした強度も持っているため建築材としても大変良く、人気の高い木材です。
【ヘムロックについて】
北米産の米栂で、一般構築用材、建築用材など広い用途に利用されており、内装材としても好まれています。
■色調
心材は白味がかった淡黄褐色、辺材はやや白っぽい色をしています。心材と辺材の色の差はあまりない木材です。
◎ヘムロックから作られる木材
木目はまっすぐで緻密です。軽くて軟らかくて弾力性があります。加工性に優れており無味無臭の良材です。
＜無垢材とは＞
山から切り出した木を、そのまま必要なサイズに切り出した木材。集成材のように接着や圧縮などの加工をしていないため、最も自然の木を感じることが出来る木材です。
【塗料について】
自然系オイル塗料《オスモカラー》
日本国内で生産された自然系塗料を使用。人と環境に配慮した工場で作られています。一般的に家具や室内の建具にて使用されている、見慣れた色合いに仕上がります。
