Article 1 General Provisions

MM FACTORY STORE (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides a service to sell products such as building materials, fittings, furniture, etc. and related products on the Service. Article 3 Personal Information

Article 4 Price Information
1. The selling price of the products is indicated as the total amount of consumption tax. 2.
However, in the event that an incorrect selling price of a product is displayed on the Service, the price shall be adjusted as follows: (1) If the correct price of a product is displayed on the Service, the Service shall adjust the price as follows.
(1) If the correct price of the product is lower than the price displayed on the Service, you will have the option of placing another order at the lower price or canceling the order.
(2) If the correct price of the product is higher than the price displayed on the Service, we will cancel the order at our discretion. The user will be notified that the order has been canceled and the correct product price.
(3) If the manufacturer adjusts the selling price, we will contact the user to confirm the correct price and either ask the user to place another order or cancel the order. 3.

Article 5 Ordering and Conclusion of Sales Contracts
(1) When a user places an order for a product on the Service, it is an application for a contract for the purchase of the product from the user to the Company.

In the event that the Company is unable to prepare a product after receiving an order from a User, the Company will notify the User by e-mail or telephone and cancel the order. 8.
In the event that the Company receives an order for multiple products from the User, and some of the products are out of stock, the Company will notify the User to that effect by e-mail or telephone and confirm the User's intention to revise or cancel the order. The Company shall not be liable for any product ordered that is not available due to unavailability of the product. 9.
(9) Depending on the product, the number of products purchased may be limited. (10) Users may not be able to purchase all or part of the products ordered.
Users may be subject to restrictions such as not being able to purchase certain products depending on their place of residence, age, etc., in accordance with laws, regulations, or our company's judgment.

Article 6 Payment and Settlement Methods
1. cash on delivery payment, credit card payment, and other separately approved payment methods specified by the Company on the Service are applicable.
2. for some services and products, payment methods may be limited even for the payment methods listed above.
3. if you do not respond to our request for payment after a certain period of time, we will investigate your outstanding payment obligations through an "investigation company contracted by us".

Article 7 Shipping
(1) Except in cases where cash on delivery (COD) is specified, products will be shipped upon receipt of payment and shipping charges, or upon confirmation of payment approval from the payment institution. (2) The delivery service provider listed in the Service will be responsible for shipping the products.
(2) You may not designate a delivery company other than those listed in this service. 3.
Shipping costs for product shipment shall be borne by the user, unless the product page states that shipping is free or the conditions for free shipping are met.

Article 8 Ownership of Products
(1) Ownership of the merchandise shall be transferred from the Company to the user upon completion of delivery from the delivery company specified by the Company. However, in the case of a credit card transaction, ownership shall be transferred to the user when the user completes payment of the purchase price to the credit card company, etc. 2.
The risk of loss or damage to the product shall be transferred to the user at the time the user receives the product from the delivery company designated by our company, regardless of the time of transfer of ownership.

Article 9 Cancellation of Orders

Article 10 Returns and Exchanges

Please note the following when returning an item.

(2) The following items are not eligible for "returns/exchanges" or "handling of damaged in transit": - Products received within 6 days of delivery

Article 11 Refunds

If the payment method used for the order is credit card, the refund will be made after we confirm the payment to the credit card company. We do not guarantee the timing of this confirmation. Article 12. Use of Credit Cards

Article 13 Court of Jurisdiction
The Wakayama District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for any disputes related to the use of this service.

Article 14. No Warranty

Article 15 Disclaimer

The laws of Japan shall apply to the validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms of Use. 3.
The business hours of the Service are from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays (Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and holidays). (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and days determined by the Company such as summer and year-end and New Year holidays.)
