[About Japanese cedar]
Japanese cedar is grown in Japan's climate and environment, making it a suitable wood for Japanese housing. In addition, using Japanese wood helps revitalize the local area and protect forests.

The local Kishu cedar that we use has a history of being used as a building material for over 1,000 years. Not only does it have beautiful grain and color, but it is also a high-quality cedar that has been proven by experiments in Wakayama Prefecture to be extremely resistant to bending, stretching, and compression.

◎ Wood made from Japanese cedar <br data-mce-fragment="1">It has clear grain and contains a lot of air, making it soft and warm to the touch. It is also popular for its relaxing effect, reminiscent of forest bathing, due to its refreshing aroma.

What is a watermark?
"See-through" is a design that uses the unevenness that occurs at the overlapping parts of two siding panels. The surface where the nails are hammered is hidden, resulting in a beautiful finish.

We use natural paints produced in Japan. They are made in factories that are considerate of people and the environment. They come in familiar colors that are commonly used on furniture and interior fixtures.

当社指定の運送会社にてお届けいたします。当店の商品は「業務用の路線便」でのお届けとなります。
・「業務用の路線便」は「軒先渡し」と呼ばれる受け渡し方法が基本となります。

・家屋の中や建物内への搬入は、お客様ご自身にて原則行います。
・マンションタイプの建物の場合は「玄関先ではなくエントランス付近での受け渡し」が原則となります。
・事前の「搬入経路の確認や確保」や「搬入の手伝い」などの手配もお客様ご自身にてお願いいたします。

建具や家具などの大型商品は、必ず『ご注文前』に『サイズ』をご確認いただき、『搬入可能な方法と経路を確保』されてからご注文ください。

ご注文後に『重量が重い、エレベーターに乗らない、角が曲がれない』等、搬入不可能な状態が判明した場合でも、当店では責任を負いかねます。

【業務用路線便について】
宅配便とは配送形態が異なり「時間帯指定や到着時間の事前連絡、建物内への搬入」などのサービスは原則行っておりません。

・お届け先が4tトラックの乗り入れが難しい狭小道路に面する場合、お近くの車両乗り入れが可能な場所での受け渡しとなる場合があります。

【配送可能地域】
運送会社での商品の保管は約1週間です。

長期でご不在の場合事前に当社までご連絡お願いいたします。商品お届け時にご不在だった場合は、ポストなどに不在票などが入っています。記載してある運送会社の営業所や担当者まで直接ご連絡ください。

保管期限が過ぎますと、当社へ自動返送されます。この際の返送費用、および再出荷の費用は追加で請求させていただきます。
