エンドマッチ加工は、板の左右両端に凹凸の加工（実加工）を施す加工のこと。エンドマッチ加工をすると、加工によって出来たジョイント部分を互いに接合しながらフローリングを仕上げていくことが出来ます。

【塗料について】
《ウレタンマット》
ウレタンマットは、木材の表面にポリウレタン樹脂を用いた艶消し（マット）仕上げの塗装方法です。木材の保護と美観を兼ね備えた人気が高い塗料です。
ウレタンの塗料は、木材の表面に強固な塗膜を形成することで、傷や汚れ、水分から木材を保護します。これにより、日常の手入れは水拭きやお湯拭きで十分で、メンテナンスの手間がかからないことから、木製品を長く使用することが可能です。
また、マットな仕上がりにより、光の反射を抑えた落ち着いた外観を持ちます。これにより、木材の自然な風合いを活かしつつ、上品で洗練された印象のあるフローリングとなります。
ー挽板複合フローリングについてー
挽板複合フローリングは、合板などの基材に、天然の木材（厚み約2〜3mmの挽板）を貼り合わせたフローリング材です。この構造により、フローリングの表面が無垢材のフローリングに近い質感と重厚感を持ちながら、安定性と耐久性を兼ね備えています。
表層材には、さまざまな天然木材を使用できるため、デザインのバリエーションが豊富で、インテリアに合わせることが可能です。
また、三層フローリングよりもさらに収縮が少ない機能性を持っており、床暖房対応や防音・遮音性能を持つ製品もあります。
＜ハードメープルとは＞
ハードメープルは、カエデ科カエデ属の落葉広葉樹で、主にアメリカの五大湖周辺に生育している「シュガーメープル」や「ブラックメープル」などの樹種のことで、 その樹液からはメープルシロップが採取出来ます。
ハードメープルは、乳白色から淡い灰白色の明るい色調で、清潔感があり、美しい杢目があります。また、使用と共に色合いが飴色に変化し、深みと味わいが増す経年変化を楽しめるのもハードメープルの魅力の一つです。
硬く重い材質により、耐摩耗性や耐衝撃性に優れ、傷が付きにくいハードメープルは、フローリング材としても人気があり、その美しい外観と耐久性から、高級家具や建具に広く使用されています。
＜合板とは＞
合板（ごうはん）は、木材を薄くスライスした単板（ベニヤ）を、繊維方向が直交するように重ねて貼り合わせた木質材料です。この構造により、木材の持つ優れた特性を活かしつつ、高い強度のある板や大きな寸法にも対応出来、湿度の高い場所での使用にも耐えうる安定性が高い特徴があるため、さまざまな用途で利用されています。
