ー蜜蝋ワックスについてー
主原料のミツバチの巣の蜜蝋と自然の植物油で出来ているワックス。木の無垢フローリングの表面に「蜜ロウ」で膜を作り、エゴマ油が木材の導管に入って浸透していくため「木の保護」をするだけでなく、水を弾く「撥水効果」もあります。塗料の詳細は、ページ下部の「植物由来の塗料について」にてご確認いただけます。

The delivery method is different from courier services, and as a general rule we do not provide services such as specifying a delivery time, notifying customers of the arrival time in advance, or delivering the package inside the building .
-If the delivery address is located on a narrow road which is difficult for a 4-ton truck to enter, the delivery may be made to a nearby location where a vehicle can enter.

The shipping company will store the item for approximately one week .
If you will be absent for an extended period of time, please contact us in advance. If you are absent when the product is delivered, there will be a missed delivery notice in your mailbox. Please contact the delivery company's office or person in charge listed on the notice directly.
If the storage period expires, the item will be automatically returned to us. In this case, we will charge you an additional fee for the return shipping and reshipment.
