About "Ow-outerwall-" A solid wood exterior wall material made from Kishu cedar, which is an abundant forest resource. Kishu wood has a good grain, is straight and has little warping, and is strong and durable, making it the most suitable wood for exterior walls. Painting is done in our own factory, which ensures a uniform finish and short delivery times.

当社指定の運送会社にてお届けいたします。当店の商品は「業務用の路線便」でのお届けとなります。
・「業務用の路線便」は「軒先渡し」と呼ばれる受け渡し方法が基本となります。

・家屋の中や建物内への搬入は、お客様ご自身にて原則行います。
・マンションタイプの建物の場合は「玄関先ではなくエントランス付近での受け渡し」が原則となります。
・事前の「搬入経路の確認や確保」や「搬入の手伝い」などの手配もお客様ご自身にてお願いいたします。

建具や家具などの大型商品は、必ず『ご注文前』に『サイズ』をご確認いただき、『搬入可能な方法と経路を確保』されてからご注文ください。

ご注文後に『重量が重い、エレベーターに乗らない、角が曲がれない』等、搬入不可能な状態が判明した場合でも、当店では責任を負いかねます。

・お届け先が4tトラックの乗り入れが難しい狭小道路に面する場合、お近くの車両乗り入れが可能な場所での受け渡しとなる場合があります。

運送会社での商品の保管は約1週間です。

長期でご不在の場合事前に当社までご連絡お願いいたします。商品お届け時にご不在だった場合は、ポストなどに不在票などが入っています。記載してある運送会社の営業所や担当者まで直接ご連絡ください。

保管期限が過ぎますと、当社へ自動返送されます。この際の返送費用、および再出荷の費用は追加で請求させていただきます。
