About Hemlock Fir
This is American Japanese larch produced in North America that is used for a wide range of purposes, including general construction and building materials, and is also popular as an interior material.

■Color tone <br data-mce-fragment="1">The heartwood is a whitish light yellowish brown, and the sapwood is a slightly whitish color. There is not much difference in color between the heartwood and sapwood.

◎Wood made from hemlock fir <br data-mce-fragment="1">The grain is straight and dense. It is light, soft and elastic. It is easy to process and is a good quality material with no taste or odor.

当社指定の運送会社にてお届けいたします。当店の商品は「業務用の路線便」でのお届けとなります。
・「業務用の路線便」は「軒先渡し」と呼ばれる受け渡し方法が基本となります。

・家屋の中や建物内への搬入は、お客様ご自身にて原則行います。
・マンションタイプの建物の場合は「玄関先ではなくエントランス付近での受け渡し」が原則となります。
・事前の「搬入経路の確認や確保」や「搬入の手伝い」などの手配もお客様ご自身にてお願いいたします。

【業務用路線便について】
宅配便とは配送形態が異なり「時間帯指定や到着時間の事前連絡、建物内への搬入」などのサービスは原則行っておりません。

・お届け先が4tトラックの乗り入れが難しい狭小道路に面する場合、お近くの車両乗り入れが可能な場所での受け渡しとなる場合があります。

【配送可能地域】
運送会社での商品の保管は約1週間です。

長期でご不在の場合事前に当社までご連絡お願いいたします。商品お届け時にご不在だった場合は、ポストなどに不在票などが入っています。記載してある運送会社の営業所や担当者まで直接ご連絡ください。

保管期限が過ぎますと、当社へ自動返送されます。この際の返送費用、および再出荷の費用は追加で請求させていただきます。
